We are located in Sparta NC 28675 Call or text David L Brooks 336-572-2053 We have the Power, Water and Propane on, so you can check everything out. It needs some work, but it is livable. Here's more info ....... The floor in the living areas appear to be solid, but the floor under the kitchen sink is rotten, and the floor is also bad in the outside storage area under the bathroom closet. Camper does not have any type of storage tanks. It is currently hooked into a septic system. Fridge is clean and works, but the freezer does not. Body is ok, except above the wheels on one side, as shown in the picture below .......
