GREEN RIDGE LANE Want To Add More Trailers We have not looked at adding more trailers to the park. It does look like there is room for more, but approval will be required from the County Planning Board and the Health Department. Here's the process ....... SURVEY PROPERTY - Meet with a local surveyor and layout the property showing the trailers that you want to add MEET WITH BUILDING INSPECTOR - Take drawing and fill out paperwork with the building inspector. He will present it to the planning board. PLANNING BOARD - The local planning board meets on the 2nd Monday of each month, and they will need to approve your request to add more trailers. A Public Hearing will be required to make sure the neighbors are good with this. With the park already being established, it will be easier to get approval. HEALTH DEPT - IF Approved by the Planning Board, you will then apply for Septic Permit at the Health Dept. BACK to MAIN PAGE
